Every item is a 1-1 original. Because our candles and canvases are hand poured and uniquely synchronized, we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on "change of mind" or aesthetic preference. The "controlled chaos" of fluid art means every piece is intentionally unique.

We take great care in packaging your collection to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged during transit, we are here to help:

Reporting: email us @iscapecandles@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: You must include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: Since we cannot recreate and identical 1-of-1 piece, we will offer you a store credit or a replacement from our current collection of equal value.

Studio Seconds Collection: Items purchased from our seconds collection are sold strictly as-is. These pieces are discounted specifically because of their unique " character marks" and are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless damaged during shipping.

Cancellations or Custom creations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Custom orders can't not be cancelled once the color selections have been chosen. Once a piece has been packed for its journey to you, the sale is final.
